Abstracts. These years, group-buying websites obtain sprung up, serving as agents between buyers and sellers. They received money from the sale. The piece researched the legal relationship of the group-buying, and pointed out the difference between the group-buying and the fair behavior. Then we concluded that the group-buying websites were the subject of contracts. In order to lick the questions, we should define the legal status of the websites and take some legal and administrative measures to make the health environment.
