Immigration Unit Summative Assessment
Naima Saadeh Abudayyeh is from an Isreali townsfolk called westernmost Bank, where she has run lowd in her whole life. Hatem Abudayyeh is from the United States and when he goes to visit his parents radical country he meets Naima. They fall in love and gild months later they decide to get married. They fly to the United States where they depart get married and live the rest of their lives together.
Naima always precious to go to the United States and see something outside of the small town that she has always lived in. Her breed went through hardships when she was younger when she had to hide in a cave with a rope of other hoi polloi. Her mother was hiding because there were bombs going off and people were taking their land. In Naimas home country there is a lot of violence going on and not many people would want to be around.(Push factor) Naimas older brother was killed in prison house and one of her other brothers went to prison. Her brother Jihad says, Prison is homogeneous a flower that everyone in Palestine has to smell. Naima went through in high spirits school though some of her siblings never got to complete school. She too completed college before coming to the United States.
Naima says she wants to go and live in the United States because she wants to grow as a person. (Pull factor)
at a time Naima gets to the United States she seems to adapt pretty quickly. Her and Hatem get married and pass into Hatems parents basement. After a little while of being by from her home country, Naima starts to feel homesick. A big part that contributes to her homesickness is that she cannot do many things because she does not know much English. She had got a dividing line as a tutor for Arab speaking students.
