That simply means that individuals confuse the right to instal decisions for themselves and members of their families as they feel appropriate; as foresightful as those decisions are legal of course.
If the Bill of Rights guarantees individuals the right to personal autonomy, then a woman should be able to reconcile to conceive, adopt or even abort a pregnancy. thither are a number of activists who will reason that the death of a pregnancy is the same as committing murder. However, murder is defined as the act of killing a nonher human world unlawfully and with premeditated malice (Merriam-Webster, 2011). Most abortions are performed deep down the first trimester of pregnancy. During such time the fetus has not all the same become an actual human being.
In other words, a woman has the constitutional right to make personal decisions that have a direct reflection on her personal life.
Activists argue that abortion is morally wrong however what about a woman who has been sexually assaulted? It is certain that a woman who has go through such a heinous event will not possess the desire to carry the child of someone who has break her. The decision she makes should her right and hers alone.
A woman has the right to make decisions based on her personal, moral beliefs. Making the decision to have an abortion is a womans private choice forsaking the beliefs of others.
