Forever Familiar Florence Have you ever been to a backside that is so captivating that your memories make you feel as if you were honest there yesterday? The years I spent in the Army afforded me the great opportunity to travel and see things and places close to can only dream of. I spent both years in Italy and traveled all over the rude alone one place leaves me yearning to go back. Florence is the near amazing place Ive ever been. It is rich in mesmerizing art, tenacious night life and a in truth accommodating railway system, which makes it the best vacation spot in the world. My first venture was the museums. I walked into the Galleria de Accademia and was immediately interpreted aback. The floor was so clean I could have eaten my eat off of it and the walls were whiter than freshly fallen snow. Then my attention was haggard to the endless hallways of infamous artistic paintings. There was so very much to see that I was almost overwhelmed, but I impart never forget what I saw standing at the end of the last corridor. Standing so close I could see tiny etches from where the chisel had broken away patch up by piece of the immaculate statue of David. There are many replicas located all over the city of different sizes, but this was the original.

I knew it was the original because with the statue being so old, and with it being travel around so much, the toenail had broken off. It made me take about what the statue itself had been through to get to its final resting place, here, in Florence. After all the art I had seen that day, I was wangle to kick off my tennis shoes and put on my dancing shoes. My head was immersed in history but I was interested to see if the people and discos (dance clubs) were anything like what I had experient stateside. I ran into a group of people handing out silver yellow flyers for something called a pub crawl. I thought I would try it out.
