Comparing Writers The section of extremity, in the times of Beowulf, Caedmon, and the Seafarer, was very prevalent. It is hotshot of the main themes in all three selections. The Anglo-Saxons believed that one could defy through a certain immortality by winning fame or creation remembered for heroic deeds, but in any consequence believed that the ultimate good deal was death.
