Because of her relationship with Robert, Edna starts to have bored with her husband. She starts to look more forward to her time exclusively than her time with he r family and husband. Edna likes to be alone, and non feel as if she is be owned by her husband. When she goes back to New Orleans she starts to blusher again, and do those things which she did when she was in her youth. Edna ignores al of her social responsibilities. Her husband, Leonce, becomes worried almost his wife, and looks for help.
