Although a great deal recommended, a college education was not always necessary to baffle a career in which one could be prospering. My step-father is a prime example of just such a person. Graduating from high school in 1958, he stepped in the working world, beneath the wings of my grandfather, in an auto repair facility, with only the familiarity acquired from hands-on interpret. He continued on throughout the years, gaining more than knowledge through continued employment with a number of businesses within the same career field, eventually becoming the successful owner of a business of his own.

In society today, numerous businesses in this same career field, require present and in store(predicate) employees to acquire some additional education beyond high school. Although it may not require an associate degree or higher, most now require graduation from a skilful college with a specialty in automotive repair.
