Throughout history, the notion of biological black market has served to define and racially categorize human groups. When some volume use the treatment race they attach false biological meaning, adding phony notions of clamber color, physical attributes and even cranial size. Still others use race as a socially constructed concept. It is clear that even though race does not take on true biological meaning, it does have a social meaning which has been legally constructed. With this social construct, original groups of people have endured discrimination on the very lineage of their blood or racial identity. Native Americans in grumpy have suffered some of the most prominent manifestations of race that has of all time seized to exist in Western society. As of 1887, the United States federal governing has been implementing biological race in the form of identifying “Indian blood” through the blood quantum mechanism or contractable lineage.
