What rights has a kid to stay up modern just to watch a program not deemed good for them? Can a childs wakefulness tally down the business of television? Think of how many products will not reach the intended audiences if the television industry was to be entirely closed down due to some fallible children.
With all these said, censoring should not be allowed with various laws in place governing timings and even ratings.
