British strengths and weaknesses. The British had every reason to believe that they could over progress to the colonies. They had professionally trained soliders who were paid for it. The number of men was astounding. They had supplies and money. They had all this yet they had to take it across to the colonies. Armies, supplies, etc. All this had to be brought over to cope this was giving them one big disadvantage. Another one was America is big.
