Introduction
Clean & Clear was established 5 years past and provided cleaning service for the family and company clients. The sales figure is 40% lower than the market rate. The Marketing Department may do something regarding the unsatisfactory sales.
Previously, the Marketing Department did not set a target or maintain a control system. On top of this, without a marketing research study, Clean & Clear does not have a clear market emplacement or a target segment. This leads to poor sales.
The scope and heading of this proposal is to clarify the target segment and market positioning.
