My Experience with the Park University Enrollment Process

After serving in the military for eleven years and not taking gain of the benefits of free
education, I decided to begin on a journey to enrich my career with a college education. With
much slowness over accreditation with the Navy College Office and talking with other
colleges, I finally went to the Park Registration Office where my mediocre at best registration
process began.

After the confusing approach into Tuition Assistance, I was presented with the dilemma of
which college I should attend. I hadnt really given the idea of college much thought, mainly
referable to juggling a military career with family life heart you cant really find the extra time.
I decided that since this was my first go at college, that an in break up course would be much easier
to grasp than an online course, so I chose Park University for their Criminal Justice degree
program. I began my journey from the Navy College Office and walked down the long cinder
stop hallway, until I reached the very last door on the left hand and was suddenly hit with a stench
of cigarettes and caffeinated drinks. I was greeted pronto by two middle aged women, almost
bid they were waiting for someone to walk through the doors.



I was sit down and as we went
over the readjustment process, it all seemed a bit overwhelming with all the randomness passed
along. After the enrollment discussion, she explained with my military service and training, I
was only 15 attribute from an Associates degree and 60 credits remote from a Bachelors degree.
