No work in the States exists without alteration and group up kinetics working together. Workplace diversity in an organization and how it relates to team dynamics in the workplace is very important. These argon the basic things that go for organizations run smoothly and efficiently in return allowing an organization to run at its practicedest potential.
Workforce diversity is the mix of gender, race and ethnicity, age, and able-bodiedness in the workforce.(Schermerhorn, Hunt, & Osborn, 2008, Chapter 2: Values, Personality, and Individual Differences. These differences be past characteristics that assist in molding an individual into who they are today. In return these characteristics also help the individual make decisions and contributions based on skill acquired from their past.
According to Team dynamics (2009), team dynamics concern the fluid and on-going interaction mingled with and among team members, their actions and reactions.
In many ways team dynamics relate to the interdependent and interpersonal progression of work. These ways allow the order of how a when things get accomplished through individuals, and how members of the team relate to each other and their task (Team kinetics, 2009) Dynamics involve processes of communication, decision-making, leadership and sharing of power, and include the education of norms and expectations(Information on Team Dynamics). The performance of the team is directly link up to the interaction between individuals within the team. This is where workplace diversity relates to team dynamics.
