Project simulations are employ to learn what a real advise leads, goes through and what choices need to be taken in order for the project to be a success. The University of Phoenix provided a simulation which consisted on transporting elephants from oneness National Park to another one. The simulation included project map scope, deliverables, work breakdown structure (WBS), contingency plans and hazard factors. The simulation was well rounded and covered a play off of scenarios in which decisions had to be taken in order to exert the elephants safe.
The Huduma Foundation provided a project called function Elephants Ark. Elephant be were decreasing in the Ungabo National Park because of indiscriminating poaching. The major(ip) deliverable was the moving of eight elephants from Zakinaka National Park, because they have an wastefulness of elephants, to Ungabo National Park so the elephants can repopulate. For the project to be a success, two key people were asked to join the squad to make sure that we had the best knowledgeable people on the squad; Joe Paden, President of Huduma Foundation and Maish Mbandi, Former Project Director, Operation Big Cat Rescue.
The scope of the project included four-spot major milestones.



The milestones were the capture, iterim care, transportation and release. For each phase of the scope, there was a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). There were 12 phases that needed team members. Phase one, the helicopter looking on for the elephants (4 team members and a pilot). Phase two, affixing GPS collars (4 members). Phase three, Vets that would assist with the interim care (4 vets and 4 assistants). Phase four, the strapping of the elephants to load them unto the trucks (2 members). Phase five, spraying the elephants so that they would not dehydrate because of tranquilization (2 members). Phase six, sedatives to be administered (4 vets and 2 assistants).
