There was genus genus Zeus he was the king of all gods, he had three sisters. Hera was the goddess of spousal and the queen of all gods. Hestia was the goddess of home and hearth. Demeter was his 3rd sister the goddess of harvest, she in charge of all the crops.
Demeter really enjoyed spending time with her female child Persephone, it made Demeter happy.
One day Persephone went off all by herself to pick flowers. She was so busy,
That she didnt know that Hades was reflection her behind a tree.
But while Hades was watching Persephone cupid shot Hades with an arrow and that made Hades pedigree in love with Persephone.
Hades took Persephone with him to the underworld to make Persephone be his queen. Hades was finally happy.
Later on Demeter realized that her miss Persephone was missing and she got really upset. Demeter was so upset that she allow all the crops on earth die.
Zeus knew how to solve this problem………….
Zeus said If Persephone doesnt eat anything from the underworld then she could induce back to earth.…
But it was too late Persephone was so hungry that she ate 3 pomegranate seminal fluids. So she had to stay in the underworld.
Persephone had to stay in the underworld for 3 months for each seed she ate. But she stayed a year with her husband hades. While Persephone was kaput(p) Demeter lets all the crops die. Then when she comes back Demeter lets all the crops come alive.
This is why we have seasons.
